Meet Miss Missy

Missy Steers is the founder and owner of Inertia Dance.  With over 40 years of dance experience, Missy has taught, coached and choreographed for Radio Disney, the Believers arena football junior team, and had her choreography selected for the American College Dance Association.  She has performed in a variety of shows at Westport Playhouse and the Muny in St. Louis, MO.  She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Dance, is Dance Masters of America certified, Past President of the St. Louis Dancing Teachers Association, DMA Chapter 21 and served on the National Board at the DMA National Convention for multiple years.   Missy’s passion is focused on helping her students win in life.  She sees dance as a tool to shape young minds through excellence, determination, and creativity.
