OUR DANCE PHILOSOPHY

Our approach to dance consists of a holistic effort to help students achieve their dreams. Each class is tailor-made to provide world-class instruction for students on every level. Whether a student is looking to have fun or wanting to make a career out it, we are there every step of the way. Our team of professionals have come from a wide variety of backgrounds to cultivate the ultimate learning experience.
Whether you are new to dance or have been in the studio for years, we have a place for you. Each class is designed with you in mind. Our amazing team is trained to teach you the art of dance on your own level. We believe dance is for everyone and we look forward to helping you reach your dreams.

Miss Missy

Missy Steers is the founder and owner of Inertia
Dance. With over 40 years of dance experience, Missy has taught, coached and choreographed for Radio Disney, the Believers arena football junior team, and had her choreography selected for the American College Dance Association. She has performed in a variety of shows at Westport Playhouse and the Muny in St. Louis, MO.

She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a concentration in Dance, is Dance Masters of America certified, Past President of the St. Louis Dancing Teachers Association, DMA
Chapter 21 and served on the National Board at the DMA National Convention for multiple years.
Missy's passion is focused on helping her students win in life. She sees dance as a
tool to shape young minds through excellence, determination, and creativity.
We exist to inspire the next generation by helping them realize their God-given potential through the art of dance.
